About this hammock
Our ultralight single hammock. It weighs 500g with its straps and carabiners and packs down to 15 x 10cm, about the size of a mango. Rated to 120kg and up in under a minute, no knots needed.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa. Most orders reach the major centres in 1 to 3 business days and outlying areas in 3 to 5, with a tracking number by email or SMS. International orders usually take 5 to 10 business days, and the cost depends on where you are.
Changed your mind? Send it back unused within 48 hours of delivery, in its original packaging and with everything it came with, for your money back. Email support@hami.co.za first so we can set it up. The courier back to us is on you. Returns and refunds
Lifetime warranty
Every HAMI piece is covered for defects in materials and workmanship, like stitching, seams, zips, frames and hardware, for its expected lifespan with normal recreational use and proper care. We look at claims within 2 business days and repair, replace or credit approved ones.
Normal wear, UV fading, heat damage, cuts, going over the weight limit, misuse and commercial use aren't covered. Read the full warranty

Idan made the Nano for the days you'd rather carry less. The straps, carabiners and stuff sack all come with it, so it goes from the side of your daypack to two trees in under a minute, and back again when the sun goes down.

Everything packs into its stuff sack at 15 x 10cm, small enough for the side pocket of a daypack.
500g, straps and all.
The hammock, both straps and both carabiners weigh 500g together. That's less than a bottle of water.

Wrap a 2.3m strap round each tree, clip in the aluminium carabiners and lie back. No knots to tie.
Breathes and dries fast.
Recycled 20D nylon ripstop with reinforced stitching, so it stays cool on a warm afternoon and dries quickly after a dewy morning.

The Nano is a single hammock at 500g all-in, made for hikes and travel. The Double Hammock is 3m x 1.8m and rated to 225kg, with room for two.
Are the straps included?
Yes. Two 2.3m tree straps and two aluminium carabiners come with it, and it all packs into the stuff sack.
How quickly does it go up?
In under a minute. Put a strap round each tree, clip the carabiners on and it's up.
How much weight does it hold?
It's rated to 120kg. It's a single hammock, so it's made for one.
What if it's not for me?
Send it back unused within 48 hours of delivery for your money back, in its original packaging with the straps, carabiners and stuff sack. Email support@hami.co.za first so we can set up the return.
