SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer free (yes free!) shipping worldwide. So no matter where you are on the planet, we’ll get a Hami to your door.

We offer door-to-door shipping for both international and local orders. No need to go to the post office!

For local shipping, anything between 1 - 3 business days. For international orders, it can take up to 7 business days, depending on where you are.

Yes, absolutely, we’ll inform you of your tracking number and any shipping updates. We’ll send this information to you via text and/or email.

Sure, if your Hami hasn’t left the building yet, you’re welcome to get in touch and change your delivery address.

Nope, we’re absorbing those costs so you can enjoy your Hami the moment it arrives, no sneaky costs here!

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We take credit cards, EFTs, PayPal, SnapScan, Mobi Cred, Zappa and Payflex.

Once your unused returned product has arrived, your payment will be reversed and will be back in your bank account within 7 days.

Your payment details are 100% secure. We use encrypted safety systems through Shopify to ensure your details remain yours.

ORDERS & RETURNS

Yep, we do! If you’d like to swap out your Hami for a different colour, you’re welcome to exchange it. And if you’d like to return it, you’re welcome to ship it back to us unused. We’ll then reverse the payment back to your account. 
*Please note: Returning items for refund or exchange will require you to cover your own shipping/courier costs. 

Yes, we’d love to see every human on this planet chilling out in their Hami. The more, the merrier! Get in touch for bulk orders.

Yes, that’s an awesome idea! Simply include your friend’s shipping details and we’ll throw in a note to say it’s for a special occasion. Our treat.

Yes, we have a lifetime warranty. Our Hamis are made of strong materials using double stitching. If anything tears or breaks, we’ll replace it.

Just trees and yourself. Each Hami hammock comes standard with no-knot straps and carabiners for an easy, no-fuss setup.

Up to 225kg. Designed for two people and tested with multiple users.

With our no-knot straps and carabiners, setup takes about a minute.

Yes! Many people find hammocks provide deeper, more restful sleep.

Hand wash in cold water with non-bleach detergent and hang dry in the shade.

Ideally 2.5–4.5 meters apart, depending on your preferred hang depth.
