HAMI Outdoor Shipping Policy
At HAMI Outdoor (Pty) Ltd, we aim to get your order to you as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible.
Free Shipping
FREE Nationwide Shipping within South Africa on orders over R750.
For international orders, FREE shipping is available on qualifying orders over USD $50, where applicable.
For orders below the free shipping threshold, standard courier charges will be calculated during checkout before payment is completed.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During promotional periods, peak seasons or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
South Africa
- Major Centres: 1–3 business days
- Outlying Areas: 3–5 business days
International
- Typically 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, customs inspections or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Partners
We use reputable courier companies to provide reliable door-to-door delivery for both local and international orders.
The courier partner may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and shipment details.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
If you have not received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Delivery Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@hami.co.za.
We will gladly update your delivery details provided your order has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been collected by the courier, delivery address changes may no longer be possible and additional courier charges may apply.
Duties & Taxes
South Africa
All prices displayed on www.hami.co.za are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes or other government charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless specifically stated during checkout.
HAMI Outdoor has no control over customs charges and cannot estimate these costs, as they vary between countries.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to:
- An incorrect delivery address;
- The recipient being unavailable after repeated delivery attempts;
- Failure to collect the parcel where required; or
- Refusal to accept delivery,
additional courier charges may apply for re-delivery or return of the parcel.
Where an order is returned to HAMI Outdoor under these circumstances, any refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and may be less any non-refundable courier costs incurred.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your parcel appears to have been lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing info@hami.co.za.
Please include:
- Your Order Number
- Full Name
- Photographs of the parcel (if damaged)
- A description of the issue
We will work with the courier to investigate the matter and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns
Returns are governed by the HAMI Outdoor Returns & Refund Policy.
Our voluntary 48-Hour Money Back Guarantee applies to eligible unused products returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
After the initial return period, qualifying manufacturing or workmanship defects may still be submitted under the HAMI Outdoor Lifetime Warranty.
